For the classes immediately after school for PreK and Primary School students, a teacher will collect the students from their class and escort them to their enrichment class. Parents will need to pick their students up at the end of the enrichment class in the Fine Arts Wing.
Middle School and Upper School Dance Class Middle School and Upper School Students Mondays, 4 to 4:45 Jazz shoes required
Classes will explore traditional, Broadway, lyrical, and contemporary styles in a fun, energetic atmosphere. This is geared to students who participate in our musicals since we generally do not have rehearsal on Mondays. Classes begin with a warm-up that stresses technique, flexibility, coordination and strength, followed by progressions across the floor, center work and combinations. Concepts taught will be to land a double pirouette, basic ballet terminology, time step and more fundamentals. Prek Combo Dance Class Ages 3 to 5 Tuesdays, 2:30 to 3:15 Ballet and Tap shoes required
Dancers will enjoy this interactive ballet/tap combination class that builds on basic movements. The Tap portion of the class will concentrate on rhythm, coordination, timing & building confidence through mastering more difficult patterns and steps. The Ballet portion of class includes an introduction of ballet steps as well as positions in center. This exciting class is a fun way to introduce your child to dance!
Ballet and Modern Dance Primary School Tuesdays, 3:30 to 4:15 Ballet shoes required
This class will have a combined curriculum of modern, lyrical, and ballet often utilizing improvisation, floor-work, partnering and performing in bare feet. Contemporary as a dance style in itself is defined, in part, as a fusion of ballet and jazz, demanding technical skill, musicality and an expression of emotion. A solid, ballet-based technique, proper placement and bodily alignment are essential components.
Prek Musical Theatre Class Ages 3 to 5 Wednesday, 2:30 to 3:15
Come and celebrate how good God is! This class will be filled with high energy, hand clapping songs and dances! Come have fun learning songs that will make your child celebrate all the good times!
During this class children will learn to: 1. Project their voices while speaking and singing 2. Convey emotions through facial expressions and body posture 3. Incorporate basic theater terminology into story-telling 4. Sing while performing simple choreography
Basics of Musical Theatre Primary School Wednesday, 3:30 to 4:15
Our students will enter the amazing world of the performing arts. They will learn the fundamentals of Triple Threat techniques including Singing, Dancing and Acting. They will study improv, characterization, projection, facial expression and basics of staging. Come train with us!!!
Jazz and Musical Theatre Dance Primary School Wednesday, 4:15 to 5:00 Jazz Shoes required
Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz while reviewing basic technique fundamentals. This class is based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor, and combinations. Technique may include, but is not limited to battements, various turning preparations, extensions, beginning leaps and small jumps.

We believe the best way to learn and grow in your gifts and talents is through private instruction. In which ever lesson you decide to invest, you will receive the specialized attention you deserve with a well-rounded course of study designed especially for you to achieve your personal and musical goals. Our teachers are highly qualified and trained in their particular field. They each have the experience to offer instruction to musicians of any age and skill level. Each of our instructors are Christians and believe it is important to encourage their students to grow in their God-given talents.
Regular attendance is crucial to the instruction and success of a musician; therefore, upon registration, music students are assigned a specific teacher and a lesson time will be reserved just for you. Fees for missed lessons are forfeited. Fees listed are per pay cycle, and you will be invoiced accordingly. Location and time commitment:
Private lessons meet once a week at Liberty either 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or one hour.
Group lessons meet once a week at Liberty for a forty five minute class or an hour class.
Each semester will consist of a set number of lessons.

Each semester you will be charged a $25 student registration fee.
Students must provide their own instrument (except drum set and piano).
Some of our instructors will require lesson books for students to work through, and these resource costs are NOT included in the monthly fee.
There will be a $25 recital fee for any students performing in the Spring Recital.
