Giselle Drake is from Grapevine, Texas with deep roots in Puerto Rico. She attended Ball State University where she completed a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. She is honored to be a vocalist on Sutton Foster's newest album "Take Me to the World". At Ball State, she was most recently seen in the American premier of Billy the Girl (Ingrid); Anna in the Tropics (Ofelia) and Parade (Lucille) for which she was nominated for the Irene Ryan Award and was a Semi-Finalist at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival in Indianapolis. Giselle has also been involved in the development of several new works at the BSU Discovery New Theatre Festival. In addition to theatre, she has experience in voiceover and film work. Giselle loves dogs, especially her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, watching documentaries, and spending time with her family. She is thrilled to be a part of the LAC and looks forward to meeting all her new students!
