Private Piano Instructor

Pamela McKinney is a retired music educator from LISD. She is also a Military Veteran. After teaching for 20 years, her love for children and senior citizens has ignited her to continue her passion of offering music and theatre education to her community. Her bubbly personality and joy of life will inspire students to achieve beyond what they thought possible. She has directed and produced over 30 musicals and earned a BA in music education with a focus in piano. In addition, she has served as a children's choir director all over the United States.  She started an after school piano class at Lakeland Elementary that was completely free
for her students.  She filled two classes and had a waiting list.  She also started a choir program
​and volunteered her time training the Chin people in music.  
Her love for the Lord is contagious and we are so thankful she is at the LAC!
